Description
Key responsibilities:


*Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production and packaging machinery
*Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults to minimise downtime
*Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability and reduce recurring issues
*Work with production teams to prioritise work and maintain safe working practices
*Contribute to TPM activities, root cause analysis, and equipment upgrades
*Maintain accurate maintenance records and comply with site safety standards
Profile
The successful candidate:


*Proven experience as a multi-skilled maintenance technician within FMCG or high-volume manufacturing
*Strong fault-finding skills across electrical and mechanical systems
*Relevant engineering qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent)
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
*Safety-conscious, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
