Job Description:
Parts Advisor £28,000 Basic | £34,000 OTE
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
1 in 3 Saturday mornings
The RoleA great opportunity has arisen for an experienced and organised Parts Advisor to join a busy dealership. This is a key role within the aftersales team, ensuring the smooth supply of parts to both the workshop and retail customers.
Key Responsibilities*Supplying parts efficiently to the workshop and front counter
*Identifying and sourcing vehicle parts using manufacturer systems
*Managing stock levels, ordering, and returns
*Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
*Processing invoices and payments accurately
*Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant parts department
Requirements*Previous experience as a Parts Advisor (motor trade preferred)
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Good IT/system skills
*Excellent communication and customer service abilities
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Full UK driving licence
What’s on Offer*£28,000 basic salary + £6,000 bonus potential
*Monday–Friday 8–5 hours
*Only 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
