Salary: Up to £40,000 basic + £6,000 bonus (OTE £46,000)

We’re working with a well-established main dealership in Bolton that genuinely looks after its team — and they’re now looking for an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician to join their close-knit workshop of just 15 technicians.

The role
As a Senior Technician, you’ll play a key role in the workshop — carrying out servicing, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards, while supporting junior technicians where needed.
You’ll be part of a team that works together, not against each other, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
What we’re looking for
*NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance
*Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
*Experience in a dealership, independent garage, or fast-fit environment
*A team player who takes pride in their work and can support others
