Due to continued expansion, our client is seeking an additional Plant Fitter to join their well-established engineering team. Whether you’re already experienced in plant machinery or come from the automotive or industrial maintenance sectors, the client will provide ongoing training to help you make a smooth transition into their specialist workshop.
About the Role:
Working in a fast-paced, varied environment, you’ll be involved in maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment - from simple hand tools to cutting-edge, fully remote-controlled demolition machinery. No two days are the same, and they take pride in their hands-on, "can do" approach to problem-solving.
What they are looking for:
*Previous mechanical experience (plant, automotive, or industrial)
*Experience in hydraulics, diesel engines , diagnostics or electrics
*A proactive, positive attitude
*Your own tools
*Willingness to learn and adapt
*Must hold a valid UK licence
You will ideally have previous mechanical experience and preferably your own tools
