Job Title: Financial Services Administrator (IFA) – Remote
Location: Fully Remote (UK Based)
Salary: £14.00 per hour

About the Company:
Templegate Recruitment is partnering with a specialist financial services support provider that delivers high-quality administrative services to financial advice firms across the UK.
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to provide remote administrative and client support to financial advisers and their clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator or Financial Planning Administrator looking for a fully remote role within a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to financial advice firms, including:
*Submitting and processing new business applications through to completion
*Preparing and managing Letters of Authority and chasing providers for information
*Acting as the first point of contact for clients and product providers
*Handling client enquiries and ensuring timely resolution
*Preparing client review packs and meeting documentation
*Producing valuations and illustrations
*Drafting professional client correspondence and post-review reports
*Maintaining accurate client records and audit trails
*Updating back-office systems and investment platforms
*Managing adviser diaries and coordinating meetings
*Tracking outstanding tasks and ensuring timely completion
*Liaising with advisers to provide updates on ongoing work
*Providing general administrative support to advisers as required
What We’re Looking For:
*Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial services administration
*Previous experience within an IFA or financial planning firm
*Strong understanding of financial products and personal financial planning
*Knowledge of FCA regulations and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong organisational and time management abilities
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to work independently in a remote environment
*Strong client service focus
Desirable Skills:
*Certificate in Financial Planning or other relevant qualification
*Experience using back-office systems and provider platforms
*Experience preparing client review packs and valuations
*Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
*Experience with virtual meeting platforms
