With a growing client base and a passionate team, there has never been a better time for a Production Manager to come on board.
The Role
Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Production Manager to join their growing production team. This role covers every element of event production, from taking the initial client brief through to managing the supplier relationships and then overseeing everything coming together on site. This is a broad role where the Production Manager will use all of their event and project management skills and experience, including:
*End-to-end project management from conception through to execution and reconciliation.
*Delivering multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
*Working closely with in-house teams including account teams, design studio, and talent teams.
*Briefing and managing external suppliers to achieve cost efficiencies and quality delivery.
*Managing and communicating operating plans including safety paperwork, compliance, and budget management.
*Adhering to health and safety regulations as an IOSH qualified professional.
*On-site project management including the leadership and management of casual event staff.
The Candidate
Candidates should ideally be working in a similar role as a Production Manager for an event agency, with specific experience in large-scale builds and complex logistics. We are looking for a versatile and flexible professional who is comfortable with the demands of on-site delivery, including international travel and driving a van where required.
A high awareness of Health and Safety procedures and an IOSH qualification are essential for this position. Most importantly, we are looking for an ambitious Production Manager with a strong team ethic and a willingness to ’get stuck in’ to ensure every event is a success!
