Job Description:
Food & Beverage Administrator
Location: Ascot
Salary: £25,500 + £3,000 - £4,000 service charge
Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 - 5 days out of 7

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide comprehensive administrative support to the F&B Manager and outlet managers.
*Manage office operations, supplies, correspondence, and reservations.
*Coordinate diaries, meetings, and internal/external communications.
*Assist with menus, promotions, research, and competitor analysis.
*Uphold the highest standards of guest experience, health & safety, and office presentation.
Requirements:
*Hospitality background with operational experience preferred.
*Strong administration and organizational skills; proficient in MS Office.
*Experience with Opera and Delphi systems is a plus.
*Excellent communication, teamwork, and initiative.
*Flexible, able to work weekends, holidays, and key events.
