Quantity Surveyor - Permanent Role | Liverpool
An established contractor with a strong reputation in building maintenance and refurbishment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced QS to come and join this team
They’re a long established Contractor, with deep experience in delivering quality and working with long-established relationships in the Construction industry

You’ll be working on a variety of projects across multiple sectors, supporting the commercial function from initial enquiry through to final account. Responsibilities include:
*Cost control and project management
*Subcontract procurement and account agreement
*Site surveys and reporting
*Preparation of cost reports and cash flow forecasts
*Liaison with clients and internal teams
*Use of Schedules of Rates
Reporting into the Commercial Director, you’ll have strong Commercial skills and be used to running your own projects

What You’ll Need
*Degree-level qualification in Quantity Surveying
*Strong IT skills (Word, Excel; familiarity with project planning tools is a plus)
*Excellent communication and time management skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Full, clean driving licence
