Job Description:
Mobile Service TechnicianLocation: Stafford to Manchester (covering the North West, North Wales & Birmingham)
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + Bonus Scheme
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (Business hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm)

As a Mobile Service Technician, you’ll be the face of the business in the field—delivering expert service, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring equipment performs at its very best.
Key Responsibilities* Carry out servicing and proactive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly, minimising customer downtime
* Respond to breakdowns, including managing equipment swap-outs where required
* Conduct regular customer visits, monitoring stock levels and usage
* Deliver new equipment training and refresher sessions to customers
* Maintain accurate service records, reports, and logs
* Provide feedback on recurring issues and customer insights to support continuous improvement
* Ensure compliance with company systems, processes, and QHSES standards
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar field-based or technical role
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach with high standards of quality
* Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
* Strong sense of accountability, integrity, and professionalism
* An analytical mindset with good attention to data and reporting
* Interest in the healthcare sector (desirable, but not essential)
