Job Description:
Looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference in early years education? We’re working with a forward-thinking nursery seeking a qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their team across two well-established sites in South Woodford and Woodford Green.
Whether you prefer a 4-day or 5-day working week, there’s flexibility to suit you:
*36 hours (8am–6pm over 4 days)
*45 hours (8am–6pm over 5 days)

Your role will include:

You’ll play a key part in supporting children’s early development by:
*Assisting in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
*Supporting daily routines and creating a positive, nurturing environment
*Encouraging children’s curiosity, learning, and social development
*Observing and tracking progress
*Building strong relationships with parents and carers
*Contributing to team meetings, training, and continuous development
*Ensuring a safe, clean, and stimulating setting at all times
What we’re looking for:
*Level 3 CACHE in EYFS or QTS
*A genuine passion for early years education
*A proactive and team-focused approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
