Commercial Partnerships Manager - Digital Music

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a real passion for digital music and a knack for building strong, strategic relationships. Working closely with global partners, you’ll play a key part in driving revenue and developing innovative collaborations within a fast-paced environment.
In this role you will:
*Manage day-to-day communications with existing and prospective digital music partners to optimise opportunities for all parties involved
*Support senior team members in maintaining and nurturing key partner relationships, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
*Collaborate across internal teams, including Legal, Business Analytics, and Member Relations, to support partnership performance and growth
*Maintain a strong understanding of digital music deals, tools, market trends, and content operations to inform decision-making
*Contribute to improving processes and developing scalable solutions that enhance partnership effectiveness
To be successful, you will need:
*At least 3 years’ experience in digital music, labels, distributors, or artist services
*Solid understanding of the digital music supply chain and platform tools
*Excellent communication skills, with evidence of building strong relationships across diverse stakeholders
*Commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
*A genuine passion for music, technology, and supporting independent rights holders
