Part-Time Legal Secretary (Job Share | Wednesday to Friday)

We are looking for a Part-Time Legal Secretary to join a highly regarded Family Law team, ranked in both Chambers UK and The Legal 500. This is a job share role (Wednesday to Friday), working alongside an existing team member.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering excellent client service.
The Role
As a key member of the team, you will provide essential administrative and client support to lawyers handling a wide range of family law matters.
Key Responsibilities*Acting as a first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses
*Producing documents and correspondence using digital dictation systems
*Managing client files through a case management system
*Handling file opening, archiving, and day-to-day filing within a paper-lite environment
*Supporting lawyers with billing and payment processes
*Managing electronic diaries, scheduling meetings, and booking conference rooms
*Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including those of the Law Society and SRA

Previous Legal Secretary experience is not essential — full training will be provided for the right candidate.
