The Paid Media Manager Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of paid media strategy and execution across multiple brands, driving customer acquisition, retention, and measurable business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Leading end-to-end paid media campaigns across social and search
*Owning multi-channel budget allocation with a 7-figure spend to maximise ROI
*Partnering with agencies and internal teams to deliver high-performing campaigns
*Translating performance data into actionable insights and growth strategies
*Driving continuous optimisation through testing, learning, and innovation
*Managing and developing a Performance Marketing Executive
What We’re Looking For
*Proven expertise across paid social and paid search (Meta, Google, etc.)
*Ideally within Fashion e-commerce or Agency side, but must have e-commerce experience
*Strong analytical mindset with a focus on CPA, ROAS, and conversion optimisation
*Experience managing significant budgets in a fast-paced ecommerce or retail environment
*A strategic thinker who can also execute with precision
