Job Description:
The role:
A leading property management company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to be based on a high-end Build to Rent site in South London.
Responsibilities include:
*Be responsible for carrying out reactive and planned maintenance tasks on site
*Diagnose the cause of defects
*Maintain accurate records
*Deliver excellent customer service to residents
*Ensure the building meets standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality
*Provide property inspections
*Liaise with contractors when needed
The person:
*Prior experience in property management maintenance
*Comprehensive understanding of building services
*Excellent written and spoken English
*Positive, can-do attitude
