We’re looking for a Client Payroll Executive to manage a portfolio of clients and deliver accurate, compliant payroll services from start to finish.
What you’ll be doing
*Managing end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients
*Handling payroll inputs, data validation, and reconciliations
*Producing BACS files and submitting RTI (FPS) reports
*Generating payslips, reports, and statutory documentation
*Managing client queries and providing excellent service
*Supporting year-end processes, including P11Ds
*Ensuring compliance with current HMRC legislation
What you’ll bring
*Experience processing payroll in a client or bureau environment
*Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
*Up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation
*Confident communication skills and a customer-first approach
*Experience using payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
*Payroll qualification (CIPP or similar) is a bonus
