Management Accountant
*Annual Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
*Location: Wrexham

We are seeking a qualified Management Accountant to join the Finance team of a market leader in Wrexham. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a professional to ensure the smooth operation of the management accounting section within a busy finance department. The successful candidate will use their financial expertise to meet stringent deadlines and support the company’s financial health.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts and reports for senior management and head office.
*Provide a full accounting service including MIS, monthly standard reporting, VAT returns, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
*Engage in problem-solving and suggest improvements to enhance the efficiency of the department.
*Produce materials for meetings and support the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
*Undertake project work as applicable, supporting the Finance team to drive initiatives that align with the company’s vision and mission.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or finalist
*Strong varied background within Accounts
*Happy to consider a first-time mover from Practice
*Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional organisational and communication skills.
*Ability to prioritise team tasks effectively and thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
*Technically strong – SAP experience desirable
