An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Conveyancer / Residential Property Lawyer to play a pivotal role in the brand new Manchester office of a well-established national law firm.

This role is ideal for either:*An experienced Senior Conveyancer looking to step into a leadership position, or
*An ambitious Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer (2+ PQE) seeking a genuine "step-up" opportunity
You will benefit from high-quality work from day one, full autonomy, and significant investment from the firm to build and grow your own team.
A client following is not required, but those with one and/or prior management experience will be well-positioned to command a higher salary.

Key Responsibilities:*Play a key role in developing and growing the Manchester conveyancing offering
*Collaborate with colleagues and support the wider property team
*Deliver a high-quality, client-focused service with regular communication

Requirements:*Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
*Ability to manage a full caseload independently
*Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer (preferred, not essential)
