Job Description:
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected manufacturing company based in Snetterton, Norfolk. Due to ongoing growth and continued success, they are looking to appoint a Late Shift Warehouse Supervisor to join their team.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 1:30pm – 10:00pm
Key Responsibilities
*Oversee the smooth transition between the morning and late shifts, ensuring clear communication and continuity of operations
*Supervise the picking and packing of furniture and furnishings, ensuring all items are prepared accurately for dispatch
*Maintain a high standard of accuracy, ensuring orders are picked correctly with no errors
*Check that all products are in good condition and appropriately packaged to prevent damage during transit
*Lead by example in maintaining health and safety standards at all times
*Take ownership of team performance, promoting positive productivity
*Delegate tasks effectively to ensure workflow efficiency across the team
*Ensure all aisles and picking areas are clean, organised, and safe at the end of each shift
*Oversee the safe loading and secure packing of furniture into 3.5-tonne delivery box vans
*Ensure delivery vehicles are kept clean, tidy, and ready for the next dispatch
