Production Line Operator – Day Shift

The Role:
We are currently looking for motivated and skilled Line Operators to join our day shift production team. In this hands-on role, you will operate CNC machines, saws, and crimpers to manufacture and glaze our market-leading products, ensuring they are completed to specification and ready for delivery. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a vital role in meeting both customer expectations and production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
*Safely and efficiently operate CNC machines, saws, and crimpers
*Assemble bi-fold doors, doors, and window products to completion
*Glaze products ready for dispatch
*Ensure correct parts are used at the right time to support excellent customer service
*Embed quality at every stage of the process to minimise waste and improve efficiency
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production goals
*Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Skills & Experience:
*Previous experience operating CNC machinery, saws, or crimpers
*Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
*Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced production environment
*Good communication skills and a strong team-player mindset
*Understanding of health and safety procedures within a manufacturing setting
Shifts:
*Monday to Thursday 6am to 3:15pm and Friday 6am to 13.30pm.
