Job Description:
Grafton Banks Finance are pleased to support a Brighton-based client in recruiting a temporary Bookkeeper for an immediate start. This short-term role offers a great opportunity to contribute to a busy finance team during a busy period.
Key Responsibilities:
*Processing and reconciling supplier invoices and payments
*Issuing and managing customer invoices and receivables
*Monitoring overdue accounts and following up on unpaid balances
*Ensuring incoming payments are allocated correctly
*Responding to finance-related queries from suppliers and customers
Ideal Candidate:
*Available to start immediately
*Able to commute to the office daily (no hybrid working)
*Possessing 1-2+ years of experience in a Bookkeeping, Accounts, or Finance Assistant role
