The Role
You will play a key role in delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across sectors such as residential, mixed-use, regeneration, and heritage. Working closely with senior team members, you’ll be involved in:
*Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
*Conducting site appraisals and feasibility studies
*Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
*Supporting the delivery of complex and high-profile developments
*Contributing to planning strategies and reports
About You
To be considered, you should have:
*A degree (and ideally a postgraduate qualification) in Town Planning or a related field
*Progress towards (or interest in) MRTPI status
*Previous experience in a consultancy or local authority setting
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for planning
