File Reviewer – Financial Planning – Next step for a Paraplanner?
Location: Barnstaple (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 DOE

What will you do?
In this role, you will review advice files thoroughly, ensuring all recommendations and documentation meet FCA and company standards. You’ll give clear, constructive feedback to Planners and Paraplanners, helping them develop and grow.
You’ll manage your own workload, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining accurate records of outcomes. Staying up to date with regulatory changes and internal processes is key, as is spotting trends and highlighting systemic issues to management for process improvements. This role isn’t just about compliance, it’s about shaping how advice is delivered and helping others develop their skills.

About you…
*Hold the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent
*Experience in Compliance, File Checking and/or Paraplanning
*Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and autonomy
