TEAM LEADER – Children’s Residential Home (OFSTED) – Peterborough (PE1)Team Leader | Senior Support Worker | Senior Residential Support Worker | Deputy Manager | Children’s Home Team Leader | EBD Team Leader | Young People’s Team Leader
Lead shifts, support staff, ensure safeguarding and OFSTED compliance, and help create a safe, nurturing, child-centred environment for young people with EBD.
Are you an experienced Children’s Residential Support Worker, Senior Support Worker or Team Leader looking to step into a leadership role? Join a supportive, child-centred OFSTED Children’s Residential Home providing stability, structure and care for young people with emotional and behavioural needs.

Key Responsibilities*Lead, mentor and support staff
*Ensure compliance with OFSTED regulations and Quality Standards
*Promote safeguarding and risk management
*Build strong relationships with young people and professionals
*Maintain a safe, nurturing, homely environment
*Support care planning, reporting and continuous improvement
What You’ll Need*Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
*Experience in a Children’s Residential Home
*Strong understanding of safeguarding and OFSTED frameworks
*Confident leading shifts and supporting junior staff
*Driving licence preferred
