We are recruiting an IFA Administrator to join a financial services team based in Wellington, Shropshire. You will support a team of Financial Advisers with the end-to-end administration of client accounts, new business processing, and compliance documentation.
You will be the primary point of contact for clients and provider platforms, ensuring cases are processed accurately and within regulatory timescales. This is a hands-on administration role in a regulated IFA environment — attention to detail and experience with provider platforms are essential.


Salary: Up to £33,000 depending on experience
Location: Wellington, Somerset
Working pattern: Hybrid (office-based for initial two-week onboarding, then hybrid)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
*Acting as the first point of contact for clients by phone, email, and in person — managing queries, expectations, and service needs
*Processing new business from end to end: preparing meeting packs, completing and submitting applications, chasing providers, and issuing policy documents
*Ordering quotes, requesting policy details, and processing fund switches, rebalances, surrenders, and death claims
*Preparing client valuation reports and review reports ahead of adviser meetings
*Organising and diarising client review meetings and ensuring all follow-up actions are completed on time
*Maintaining accurate client records on Intelligent Office and uploading file notes after client or company contact
*Ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant before submission


Required:
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in IFA or financial services administration
*Hands-on experience working with provider platforms
*Proficient in Microsoft Office
*High level of discretion when handling sensitive client data
