Customer Experience Agent (B2B)
Location - Northampton
Salary - Up to £32,000
Hours - Monday–Friday | Office-based
Our client is looking for a friendly, confident and professional Customer Experience Agent to join their team. You’ll be helping our UK business customers day-to-day, answering questions, solving issues, and making sure everything runs smoothly from order to delivery.
What You’ll Do
*Support customers via email, chat, and phone
*Help new customers get set up and feel confident using our service
*Handle returns, credits, refunds, and any escalations
*Keep on top of KPIs like Customer Satisfaction, Return Resolution & On-Time Orders
*Spot issues in the customer journey and suggest improvements
*Work closely with Sales, Finance, Purchasing & Warehouse teams
*Manage a busy workload while staying accurate and organised
What You’ll Need
*3+ years in customer service / customer experience
*B2B experience (orders, deliveries, returns, credits)
*IT Literate – MS Office
*Strong communication skills
*Good attention to detail and able to follow processes
*Team player who can handle a fast-paced environment
