Your new role
Your new role will see you take ownership of NDA reviews and negotiations linked to active corporate transactions, particularly within the financial services sector. You’ll also support the wider team by handling commercial agreements and loan documentation, ensuring smooth deal flow and high-quality client service.

What you’ll need to succeed
You’ll bring strong experience in drafting and negotiating NDAs, commercial contracts, and loan agreements, ideally gained within a corporate or financial services environment. Success in this role comes from your ability to work autonomously, manage documentation efficiently, and communicate clearly with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
