Interim Credit Manager

I’m looking for a hands-on, proactive Credit Manager to step into a fast-paced environment and make an immediate impact on a 6-month interim assignment, starting ASAP.


This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, take full ownership of the credit function-from team leadership through to strategic decision-making-and drive measurable improvements from day one. You’ll be confident managing complex B2C ledgers, identifying root causes, challenging existing processes, and accelerating cash collection performance.


We’re particularly interested in visible, engaging leaders who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, support the team directly, and bring energy, structure, and momentum into the function. You’ll also be a confident communicator, comfortable providing regular reporting and insights to senior leadership, including the CFO and board.
