This is a pivotal leadership role with a clear pathway to CFO as the business scales. You’ll lead financial management, regulatory compliance, and system transformation projects, including a major platform migration and process overhaul. The role combines operational delivery with long-term strategic influence, supporting growth through robust controls, insightful reporting, and modernised systems.
Profile
*Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with senior finance leadership experience in an FCA regulated environment.
*Proven track record in financial systems implementation and data reconciliation.
*Strong governance, compliance, and stakeholder management skills.
*Hands-on approach with the ability to drive change and deliver results.
*Experience operating in both SME & corporate environments would be advantageous.
*Extensive change management and business transformation skills.
*Proven track record of up-scaling a business and Enterprise IT implementation skills.
