We are recruiting a Full-Time Pharmacist Manager to lead a well established community pharmacy in Cardiff, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, proactive pharmacist who enjoys leadership, service development, and driving positive change.

Description
*Provide expert healthcare advice and services to customers.
*Manage daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
*Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards.
*Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
*Oversee stock management and ensure the availability of key products.
*Support and guide team members to achieve performance goals.
*
*Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and service offerings.
*Collaborate with other departments to align with business objectives.
*Working hours Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 09:00 - 18:00 / Wednesday 09:00 - 17:30 / Saturday 09:00 - 12:00
*Monday to Friday, plus at least 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (preference for every other Saturday)


Profile
A successful ’Healthcare Retail Professional’ should have:
*Relevant qualifications in healthcare or pharmacy-related fields.
*Experience in the retail industry, especially in healthcare services.
*Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
*Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*A customer-focused approach to service delivery.
*Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
*A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and decision-making.
