Digital Services Manager needed in Rochford Paying £27.24 per hr ref 22401
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
*Own and manage the live operation of digital services
*Act as the primary escalation point for incidents, problems and service requests
*Oversee incident, problem and service management activity to ensure timely resolution
*Work with business areas to reduce failure demand
*Use resident and officer feedback to improve digital user experiences
*Ensure services comply with information governance, data protection and security requirements
*Deliver digital and service improvement projects, using appropriate project management approaches
*Manage suppliers, contracts and budgets
*Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners
*Drive a culture of continuous improvement across live digital services
