We’re working with a highly respected wealth management firm looking to add a talented Paraplanner to their growing Glasgow team.

Key responsibilities:

*Support client meetings and help shape tailored financial solutions
*Prepare annual reviews, including cashflow modelling
*Deliver an exceptional ongoing client experience
*Manage workflows and priorities effectively
*Collaborate with the wider team to improve processes and outcomes
*Support and mentor junior team members
About You
*Proven experience as a Paraplanner within financial planning
*Level 4 Diploma (CII) qualified (or equivalent)
*Strong technical knowledge across core advice areas
*Confident analysing products and making recommendations
*Excellent report writing, communication, and organisational skills
*Familiar with systems such as Xplan (or similar)
*DFM experience beneficial, not essential
Why Apply?
*Join a well established, client first firm with strong growth ambitions
*Work in a culture where paraplanning is respected and integral
*Enjoy hybrid working and genuine flexibility
*Access full study support and ongoing career development
*Competitive salary + bonus + excellent benefits package
If you’re a Paraplanner looking for a role with more variety, more impact, and real career progression, this is one worth exploring
