Illustrator / Creative Designer – Ringwood (Portfolio Required)
Onsite | Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Dovetail Recruitment are working with an award-winning business in Ringwood to find a talented Illustrator / Creative Designer.
This is not typical packaging design. You’ll be creating physical products people want to pick up, gift, and keep—using food as the vehicle. Think sculptural formats, playful concepts, and designs that stand out instantly on shelf.
If you’re looking to move beyond safe, incremental artwork, this role offers the chance to bring ideas to life as real retail products sold globally.
The Role*Design for physical form, not just surface graphics
*Sketch and develop new product concepts and formats
*Translate ideas into flat artwork and 3D visuals
*Collaborate with project managers to take concepts through to production
*Refine designs based on feedback and commercial requirements
*Prepare artwork for print
What We’re Looking For*Strong skills in both hand-drawn and digital illustration
*Ability to think in 3D form, not just 2D design
*Working knowledge of Photoshop and/or Illustrator
*Full driving licence and access to transport
Packaging experience is beneficial but not essential—portfolio quality and creative thinking are key.
