Computer Science Teacher - Central Coventry
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Temporary - until the end of the academic year
We are working with a welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in central Coventry that is seeking a Computer Science Teacher to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and adaptable teacher to make an immediate impact in a supportive school environment.
About the Role
Teaching Computer Science across KS3 and KS4 (specific key stages dependent on experience)
Temporary position starting ASAP, running until the end of the academic year
Full-time role with planning and teaching responsibilities
Well-resourced department and engaged learners
The Ideal Candidate
QTS is essential
Experience teaching Computer Science is highly desirable.
Teachers with experience in similar or related subjects (e.g. ICT, Computing, Maths, or other technical subjects) will also be considered.
Confident classroom practitioner with strong behaviour management
Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt quickly into a new setting.
