Executive Assistant
Location: Mayfair, London
Working Pattern: 4 days per week in the office
A leading investment banking firm in Mayfair is seeking a highly adaptable Executive Assistant to provide professional, client-facing administrative support across multiple teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their role.
Key Responsibilities*Extensive diary management, scheduling meetings, calls, and events across international time zones.
*Organising complex travel arrangements, including visas, itineraries, and last-minute changes.
*Coordinating corporate entertainment and ensuring compliance approvals are in place.
*Managing expenses and invoices accurately using internal systems.
*Providing telephone coverage, handling confidential information, and supporting ad hoc projects.
*Updating CRM systems and formatting documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
*Acting as a flexible resource to support different teams as needed.
Skills & Experience*Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an assistant role, ideally within financial services.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask under pressure.
*Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
*Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
*Confident, proactive, and able to work independently.
