*Minimum 1 year sales experience.
*Backgrounds such as Insurance, Advertising Sales, Auto Trade, Face-to-Face Retail, Outdoor Promoters (including card machines, charity, utilities) highly suited.
*Confident, sharp communicator.
*Competitive mindset – hates losing.
*Money-motivated and target-driven.
*Quick thinker, strong closer, high energy.

The Role:
*Call inbound leads from our client’s website.
*Turn quotes into deals and smash targets.
*Manage callbacks and follow-ups.
*Process orders accurately.
*Consistently hit and exceed daily / weekly targets.
*This is a high-energy, high-output, high-reward sales role.
Earnings:
Basic Salary: £35,000
Realistic OTE: £65,000 (achieved in Year 1)
