Job Description:
KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this excellent practice in Morpeth to recruit an Accounts Assistant. Your role will be as follows:
*Assisting with bookkeeping for a variety of clients
*Preparation of statutory accounts
*Preparation and submission of VAT returns
*Supporting payroll processing
*Working with different accounting software depending on client needs
*Communicating with clients to gather information and resolve queries
*Liaising with colleagues to ensure deadlines are met and work is completed accurately
You will have worked in a similar role and ideally be AAT qualified. You will have strong IT skills, in particular Excel, Sage and Xero.Experience with TaxCalc and BrightPay would be advantageous.
