*Dispense prescription medicines accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.
*Provide expert advice to customers on over the counter medications and general health concerns.
*Ensure the pharmacy operates in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.
*Maintain accurate records of all transactions, prescriptions, and patient interactions.
*Lead and support the pharmacy team to deliver excellent customer service.
*Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide integrated care solutions.
*Oversee stock management, including ordering and proper storage of medicines.
*Promote healthcare services offered within the retail environment.
*Deliver services like NMS, flu vaccinations, BP checks, diabetes screening and more.
Profile
A successful Pharmacist should have:
*A recognised degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
*Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and practices.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*The ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
*A focus on maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
