Lead Generation - Senior Healthcare Analyst
Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are currently working with a growing organisation within the employee benefits sector to support their search for a Senior Healthcare Analyst to join their Lead Generation team to help fuel their sales pipeline.
Role & Responsibilities:
*Hit and exceed targets and KPIs with a results-driven approach
*Record all prospect interactions accurately in the CRM
*Follow call frameworks while maintaining engaging conversations
*Work within compliance guidelines and company processes
*Manage your time effectively, ensuring timely outreach and follow-ups
*Handle multiple leads to maximise sales opportunities
Essential Criteria:
*Excellent communication skills
*Ability to work independently and meet targets
*Bring a strong focus on achieving results
