Employee Benefits Director
We’re currently working with a boutique employee benefits consultancy to appoint an Employee Benefits Director. This is a newly created role, designed to help shape and expand their evolving service offerings and an opportunity for a commercially minded, results-driven professional to make a real impact.
Role & Responsibilities
*Drive new business growth by building and nurturing strong relationships with prospective clients
*Lead and support a team of Client Relationship Managers, fostering high performance and development
*Play a key role within the senior leadership team, shaping the business proposition and driving innovation
Essential Criteria
*FCA Level 4 qualified
*Proven success in building and managing an employee benefits client portfolio
*Experience leading or managing teams
