The RoleAn opportunity has arisen for an experienced Tax Senior to join a friendly and well-established team. The role offers a varied mix of compliance and advisory work, with plenty of client interaction and the chance to take real ownership of your portfolio.
There will be an initial period of office-based working to support integration into the team, with a clear pathway towards more remote working over time.
Key Responsibilities*Managing a portfolio of personal and/or corporate tax clients
*Preparing and reviewing tax returns and computations
*Supporting on advisory work, including tax planning and structuring
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Liaising with HMRC on client matters
*Identifying opportunities to improve processes and add value
About You*ATT / ACA / CTA qualified (or qualified by experience)
*A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a tax role within an accountancy practice
*Strong background across compliance, with some exposure to advisory work
*Comfortable managing your own workload and client relationships
*Able to communicate technical matters clearly and practically
*Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
