We are looking for reliable and hardworking Process Operators with previous experience in a manufacturing setting, which is essential for this role. This position involves working to production targets, maintaining quality standards, and operating efficiently within a team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth production processes while adhering to strict health, safety, and hygiene standards. Full training will be provided, but a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
Role and Responsibilities
*Operate within a manufacturing/production environment
*Follow processes and maintain quality standards
*Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
*Adhere to all health & safety procedures
*Maintain a clean and organised working environment
*Work collaboratively as part of a team
*Support general production duties as required
About You
*Previous experience within a manufacturing environment (essential)
*Valid forklift licence (essential)
*Good level of English and basic numeracy skills
*Reliable, dependable, and adaptable
*Strong attention to detail
*Able to work both independently and as part of a team
*Good communication skills
*Flexible approach with the ability to use initiative

*Base pay of £13.29 per hour with additional shift allowances depending on shifts worked
*£1.85 per hour shift allowance for day and afternoon shifts
*£3.08 per hour shift allowance for night shifts
