This is an excellent opportunity for a CeMAP 1 qualified individual to join one of the most structured and proven training programmes in the industry, with a clear path into a successful mortgage career.


Training & Development
*3-week fully expensed residential training programme
*Ongoing support from an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager

The Role
*Learn to provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
*Work alongside experienced advisors and brokers
*Receive 10+ warm leads per week once trained
*Build strong client and introducer relationships
*Develop into a confident Mortgage Advisor


Earnings & Benefits
*Basic salary up to £25,000
*£500 monthly guarantee (6 months)
*Uncapped commission
*OTE £45,000 – £50,000+
