Description
*Develop and execute creative design concepts for retail projects.
*Gather inspiration from trips across the UK and globally.
*Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure designs align with brand guidelines.
*Produce high-quality visuals and samples for presentations and approvals.
*Maintain consistency across all design outputs within the department.
*Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate fresh ideas into projects.
*Manage multiple design projects within deadlines and budgets.
*Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers when needed.
Profile
A successful Senior Designer should have:
*7+ years working with a supplier (preferably) to UK high street brands.
*Experience in jerseywear is a must, and casual wovens graphic direction would be a plus.
*A strong portfolio showcasing experience in retail design within the fashion industry.
*Ideally experience working with Bangladesh.
*An eye for detail and a creative mindset to produce compelling designs.
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams.
*The ability to manage workloads and deliver projects on time.
