Job Description:
HR Business Partner – NHS | £230 p/d PAYE | Sussex (2–3 days on-site) | 6-month contract
We’re recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to support a major NHS organisation in Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to partner with divisional leadership teams, drive workforce improvements, and play a key role in delivering high-quality patient-focused services.
In this role, you will:
*Provide expert HR leadership, coaching and support to divisional managers
*Lead on complex workforce issues, organisational change and transformation projects
*Drive improvements across key workforce metrics including recruitment, retention, sickness, turnover and staff engagement
*Analyse workforce data to shape divisional workforce plans and support strategic decision-making
*Lead and contribute to HR policy development, training delivery and people-focused initiatives
We’re looking for someone with:
*Significant NHS HR Business Partnering experience
*Strong background in change management, employee relations and workforce planning
*Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex workforce challenges
*Excellent analytical skills and confidence presenting data-driven insights
*CIPD or equivalent relevant experience
