Elevation Recruitment Group is recruiting an experienced Quality Improvement Engineer for a precision manufacturing business operating in regulated industries, including medical devices. This is a hands-on, shop floor–focused role where you’ll drive quality improvements, strengthen process capability, and ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
*Maintain a strong shop floor presence and ensure quality is controlled at source
*Lead structured problem-solving and root cause investigations (8D, DMAIC, 5 Whys)
*Drive continuous improvement to reduce defects, scrap, and rework
*Analyse manufacturing data and apply statistical methods (SPC, Cp/Cpk, MSA)
*Support process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), audits, and regulatory compliance
*Develop and maintain SOPs and quality documentation
*Work cross-functionally to implement sustainable improvements
*Support customer issue resolution and improve OTIF performance
Skills & Experience*7+ years in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering
*Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and statistical skills
*ISO 13485 experience; knowledge of regulatory requirements
*Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management
