Our client, a growing business within the new build sector, is looking for a Customer Service Order Administrator to join their team. With thousands of orders moving each month, this is a role where organisation, pace, and attention to detail really matter.
What you’ll be doing:
Working as part of a close-knit Customer Service team, you’ll take ownership of orders from start to finish. This includes:
*Processing a high volume of customer orders daily
*Reviewing and understanding order details to ensure accuracy
*Coordinating and organising deliveries
*Chasing updates and resolving queries with internal teams
*Managing multiple accounts and keeping information up to date
*Spotting issues early and taking action to resolve them
*You’ll be handling around 3–4 orders per hour, so being able to stay organised and focused is key.
You’ll succeed if you:
*Have experience in order processing, customer service, or admin
*Are confident managing a high-volume workload
*Have strong attention to detail and can pick up errors quickly
*Are proactive – you don’t wait to be told, you just get it done
*Communicate well and enjoy working as part of a team
*Are happy to work in an on-site setting full time
