Description
*Provide day-to-day HR support to the team.
*Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts and coordinating interviews.
*Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
*Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing contracts and conducting induction sessions.
*Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
*Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis as required.
*Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
*Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
*A solid understanding of HR principles and practices, particularly within the school sector.
*Experience in providing HR advice and managing sensitive information.
*Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
