This is a fantastic opportunity for a CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker seeking high earnings, strong lead flow, and a supportive, financially driven environment.
The RoleWorking from a busy, FS-led branch in Cannock, you will:
*Receive 10–12 high-quality mortgage leads per week
*Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
*Conduct fact-finds and affordability assessments
*Convert warm leads into completed business
*Build strong relationships with introducers and clients
*Manage your pipeline to maximise high earnings
Earnings & Benefits*Basic salary up to £29,000
*£1,000 monthly guarantee (6 months)

*OTE £50K Year 1 | £65K+ Year 2 | £75K+ ongoing
*Top performers exceeding £90K
