The Role*Lead and develop the finance function, ensuring robust controls and reporting
*Business partnering and financial reporting
*Partner closely with senior leadership, including the CEO
*Drive improvements across systems, processes, and reporting
*Provide meaningful insight to support business growth and decision making
*Play a key role in shaping the future finance strategy
About You*Fully qualified Accountant
*Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role
*Strong systems expertise and a passion for improving processes
*Commercially minded, with the confidence to influence and challenge
*Ambitious and motivated by progression and growth opportunities
Salary is £70,000 - £75,000 Hybrid working and excellent benefits
