Job Title: Mortgage Case Manager
Location: Manchester City Centre (Office-Based)
Salary: Circa £25,000 (pro rata for 4 days)
Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time (4 days per week – ideally Tuesday to Friday)

The RoleWe are looking for an organised and proactive Mortgage Case Manager to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in mortgage administration or financial services who thrives in a fast-paced office environment.
Working closely with our advisors, you will be responsible for managing mortgage applications from submission through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for both clients and lenders.
Key Responsibilities*Managing a pipeline of mortgage cases from application to completion
*Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients to progress cases
*Ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and up to date
*Chasing outstanding information and keeping cases on track
*Updating internal systems and maintaining detailed case notes
*Supporting advisors with administrative tasks as required
About You*Previous experience in a mortgage administration or case management role (preferred)
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
*Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise workload effectively
*Confident communicator, both written and verbal
*Comfortable working in a busy, office-based environment
*A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
